DOCUMENT WINDOW- A document window is a section of the screen used to display the contents of a document file on a GUI (graphical user interface) operating system. Below is an example of a document window in the Microsoft Word software word processor program.
NAVIGATION PANE- The Navigation Pane appears on the left side of the Outlook window and is how you switch between the different areas of Outlook, such as Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes. In addition, when you're working within a view, the Navigation Pane displays the folders within that view.
VIEWING OPTIONS- use to change viewing mode of documents such as page layout, reading view or full screen, or web layout.
ZOOM SLIDE OR ZOOM CONTROL- that is also known as Zoom Bar, is the slider available in all the Microsoft products that allow the user to zoom in and zoom out of a document without having to press any commands or keys. It saves time and allows for quick analysis of the paper under work.
DISPLAY OPTIONS- display or hide the ribbon, show tabs and commands.
QUICK ACCES TOOLBAR- is a small, customizable toolbar that exposes a set of Commands that are specified by the application or selected by the user.
